If you’re new to fitness in general or just need some refresher points, we will take care of you by guiding you through the fundamentals and what to expect in a class at Lakeside. During this time you’ll be working one on one with a professional coach who will do their part in getting you prepared for your first class. And NO! You do not need to be physically active before starting any of these classes.
