From 45-minute high interval training group fitness classes where you’ll experience coach led workouts, to our cardio conditioning classes for those who want be in the seat of a bike, rower, or ski erg!

The Lakeside team has fitness education and experience which combined we offer you thoughtful, effective, and enjoyable programming, regardless of your age, experience or goals. If you’re new to fitness in general or just need some refresher points, we will take care of you by guiding you through the fundamentals and what to expect in a class at Lakeside. During this time you’ll be working one on one with a professional coach who will do their part in getting you prepared for your first class. And NO! You do not need to be physically active before starting any of these classes.

    Concept 2 has been at the forefront of fitness for years! This class is a monostructural style of workouts on the C2 rowers, bikes, and ski ergs which will leave your heart racing, challenge you mentally, but more importantly, get the results you need. A joyride on the machines with exhilarating programming to improve your cardiovascular endurance. Have fun listening to tunes as you ride through this sweat dripping class! This is great if you want to take a break from the weights and lifting or alternate between them to enjoy some good times with good friends in our C2 class.

    Get pumped up for the burn, the sweat, the laughs, and the most fun you’ll have in 45 minutes. It does not matter if you are a beginner, haven’t been moving for years, or if you’re that warrior crushing it multiple times a week. The HIIT class is meant for everyone looking to get into shape. Literally anyone from parents to working professionals, to students or even seniors. We’ll take you through a variety of different exercises being led by our professional staff and ensuring you are all moving safely.
